Personal data:
All visitors can navigate through Nordcode's website without having to provide any personal data.
Personal data (name-surname, address, phone number, email address and a password) will only be required if you decide to register.
We only request the information that is necessary for you to enjoy a unique shopping experience: timely delivery of the products you ordered, secure payment for your order and personalized service based on your needs and preferences.
How do you manage the data and information I have entrusted to you?
We use the data you have entrusted to us to offer a unique shopping experience in the following ways:
- To allow you to become a member (as a member you have access to your old and current orders). You also receive updates about topics of interest to you.
- To deliver orders you have placed online to your premises.
- To allow you to confirm your order.
- To be able to respond to any questions or queries you have put to the Customer Service Department.
- To send you special offers and updates about new products.
We do not distribute your personal data to third parties under any circumstances (Article 11 of Law 2472/1997).
Under no circumstances do we sell or rent your personal data to third parties. That data is used solely and exclusively by Nordcode to constantly improve the level of service we offer.
An exception to this commitment is cases where specific information is requested by an officer of the law in implementation of a court ruling.
How can I check how my personal data is being used?
Go to ‘My account’ and then ‘Member Personal Data’ which gives you access to all data you have entrusted to us (Right of access, Article 12 of Law 2472/1997), where you can make changes to your data, or even request that it be deleted, and in general you can submit any objections you want about the processing of data concerning you (Right to object, Article 13 of Law 2472/1997).
Lastly, the password you create when you become a member ensures a high level of security for your data. To view any personal data you must first key in your user email and password. For that reason, this information must be safely stored so that there is no risk of it falling into the hands of third parties.
