The winding roads offer plenty of opportunities for taking in the natural beauty of the region. One of the must-visit destinations in the Peloponnese is a visit to the traditional village of Nafplio. This charming town is located on the coast and is known for its impressive fortresses, narrow cobblestone streets, and stunning sea views. Take a break from riding and explore the town on foot, stopping to sample some of the local cuisine and enjoy the hospitality of the locals.

If you're looking for a more challenging riding experience, the mountainous roads that lead to the Helmos Observatory are a must-visit. Αn altitude of 2340 m (22˚ 11′ 46″ East, 37˚ 59′ 04″ North), 130 km west of Athens and about 15 km from the city of Kalavryta. The site is one of the darkest areas in Greece and Europe. You can extend your experience by heading south to Doxa lake. 

Lake Doxa is a top destination and very popular, even for a day trip only. There is a thin strip of land entering the lake waters, and on it you will see Agios Fanourios church. Feneos plateau lies at an 850m. elevation and there are nine stone-built villages surrounding the lake and adding impressive touches to the area’s great beauty.

The Peloponnese is also home to a number of stunning beaches, offering a chance to take a break from riding and soak up the sun.
